i wanted to ask some advice for DMing a campaign and how much NPC input is usually wanted/ appreciated. i’ve got a party of 4-5 (still working on the last dude) but most of my experiences of dnd is podcasts and stories and smaller groups where there’s only 3 of us.
like i got such a full story which maybe doesn’t need extra and might just make the game longer? but I really have some good guys i wanna put in there.
